/poison always says something went wrong

Bug: Using /poison will still tell you that "There seems to be a problem. Please try again" even though it successfully applies the poison.

Reproduction: Apply a poison using /poison to any weapon slot (/poison mh 1 for example)

Notes:
- Not related to Recorder (it will do this if typed, macroed, or via recorder)
- Not caused by being in/out of combat.
- Not caused by whether the item has or doesn't already have a poison on it
- Not slot specific: occurs on mh, oh, 2h and range.
