With the amount of CC in game, can we reduce the reuse timer on purge? Something Like ...
Purge 1 - 15 min, no 5 sec delay
Purge 2 - 12 min
Purge 3 - 9 min
Purge 4 - 6 min
Purge 5 - 3 min

I'd go a step further and make it cost less. Always hated just how much CC is in this game, it's absurd at times.

I'de be cool with this idea, but only if they made Det the same cost as other RA.
I don't think both should be discounted.
