Smite Spell Disappear 16 Cleric

Hello, I was leveling a cleric using smite, I was using the baseline smite DD since it casts faster at 2.6 sec vs 2.8 for the spec smite DD.
Upon training to 16 in smite, the smite baseline DD disappeared and only the 16 spec DD remained.
I double checked the charplanner and both should be available, but both are learned at 16 smite so there might be a problem with the spell (id).
I attached a picture of my lines at lvl 20 with 16 in smite:
I am supposed to also have the spell "Greater Smite":
Also have a look at the spells I should have had, its clearly 8 spells but I have only 7:
