Necro CL Staff Aura of Kings no effect

The AF and TP Buff from the CL Staff doesn’t work. Although the effect says that the target is the pet, when activated has no effect on the pet. The TP and AF doesn’t change (Pet Info). The combat speed de buff that is the second ability also cannot be used on a target in shade form. Unfortunately this makes the staff completely useless for the necro. Even if these 2 were working the stats are compared to the other CL staffs very poor, which makes it almost impossible to integrate in any template. Can you please take a look and fix this? Thank you
