Aten Shield not usable by Savage

Hallo Devs 
Every1 and his dog can use it but savage Even NS infi All my light tanks buddys can use it too like merc, reaver, bm, berserker. And only Savages can not be nice and sexy with this beautiful shield skin.
If it's not so much work, please add savage to classes who can use it:)
