Housing bug

Hello,
I'm running into an issue with teleporting to my personal house.
Using a teleporter inside the housing zone to go to my house portals me outside the zone. It first teleports me to my house, then instantly outside of the zone.
If I use a teleporter outside the housing zone, it works properly.
I had some friends use the bindstone in my house and try the same steps. It did the same thing for them.
House: 4017 Hibernia
