Realm Point Defensive Tick after Two Days.

I recently got a Realm Point tick for Blendrake Faste Tower. Today I have not been in NF and have been crafting the majority of the day. Yesterday my wife and I stayed in Alb land duoing. The last time I was at Blendrake Tower was two days ago during NA evening, defending on my scout. Attached is a screenshot of the tick.
