The maximum number of targets hit by volley should have a limit at this patch level. The maximum number of targets is determined by the level of volley used. The patch accurate 1.100 charplanner has the best description below:
Testing on Eden confirms the limit is either not present or set too high. In this screenshot 22 targets are either hit, missed, or bladeturned.
