]Random guards that just roaming behind DDB killing keep scouts. They dont belong to any keep and you will get an alert saying a scout has been killed with 0 enemies in the area.
There shouldn't be any Hib guards just roaming the zone wall at all. Seems to be 2 Ranger guards and 1 Guardian.
This also puts the keep into combat keeping repairs very difficult with these guards attacking the keep guards.
