Highest RR Armsman but I am not getting the wings

Hi,

I was confirmed as the highest rr armsman by Bethel earlier as he posted the attached picture on your questions-and-answers section of discord. (yesterday, 8/23/2022).
Ninefingers still holds on to the wings however. Would gladly see wings being transferred over to their rightful owner - me.
