Issue:
Using the /lfxp command, I was autofilled to a group in the lv 1-4 BG while being in Mularn. As they killed, I was getting rps from outside of the zone. Attached is a screenshot.

Looks like this was participation rewards not being limited to the battleground, due to them primarily being designed for RvR where we don't want to check range to keep.
This will be fixed next update requiring you to be in the battleground the keep is in.
