heal bonus affects HoTs

hello, I noticed on my friar that the HoT heals for 91 with a delve of 73 whereas the heal bonus shouldn't affect it. So I think all your hots are being affected by heal bonus while they shouldn't.

Just tested a bit on shaman HoT. They are indeed healing above the delve but I went from full sc suit with heal bonus to naked and the values remained the same.

Fungal Restoration heal delve = 73
Actual healing Value = 91
Frigg's Balm the single target Hot reacted similiar.
So there appears to be a ~25% healing bonus being applied but from my quick tests it not from + healing effectiveness

Can't say for sure but maybe it's being effected by spell spec. ?

This should have been resolved by S2 Beta Patch #53, if not please open a new ticket including screenshot
