At level 6, LFrvr is grouping me in the Proving Grounds

I am level 6 and in the Lion's Den BG. When I use LFrvr, it groups me with 2 toons who are both level 5 and in the Proving Grounds. I am guessing that since they are 5, the logic is including them even though they are in a different BG.

I tried the command multiple times and it grouped me with the same members each time. My toon is Innigo (6), and the others were Notawizard and Absolutelynotawizard.
