Quest Camelot Hills Explorers: Pike'S Place (Level 10-14)

The mobs cannot be attacked anymore. It seams that only mellee attacks under water are working. the quest is not to handle for a caster class.

You cannot attack water-only mobs from land, time to dip the toe

yes thats true, but you can't attack them from distance. you need mellee range. this doesn't work for casters!

It is not about range. It is about being in water so mob can potentially reach you.
