Not sure how i can do a ingame screenshot but Molded Leather Boots dropping of The Spirit of the Emperor have the stats below.

Dex 10
Quick 13
Quick cap 3
Power Strikes 2
Matter 5%

Pretty sure Power Strikes isnt implented (Mauler class).

Just a heads up if it needs to be sorted to something else, like parry etc.
