Not Receiving Experience

Hello there!

Last night I logged out on a new character I had created in The Lion's Den at level 9 after completing the tutorial and because I wanted to try to work on collecting titles on that toon I had /xp off'ed them. When I logged in this morning the character was level 10 and back in the tutorial and now I'm not gaining experience. I've tried checking back in with Kilroy and he isn't giving me the quest to go to Mag Mell, but I can go to Mag Mell and get the 10-14 quests, which I tried turning one in to see if that might jumpstart it and I didn't receive experience for that either.
