I like the sobekite part .... where all you need is basically dragonsworn armors and some random jewelery with couple zists ....

We had same problem in the beta , you should be able to buy it from the middle of the map merchant (in the market area) . Also on mid the zone that we're in has only 1 merchant that is selling them for bounty points, you should go to other zone and find the merchant that sells them with gold.

The Hearth of Agramon sold by Joko DF Blood seals merchant on HIB side is missing the charges.
