When attempting to buy a hookpoint, if you attempt to use guild bps and dont have permission it still activate the 3 minute cooldown.

The treasure chest that spawns in Uppland for the 5 man Living Frontier event is bugged. It spawns on top of the water and is not able to be interacted with, so you are unable to collect it.
