Bow Damage taking Bow speed into account

Current bow damage formula is taking the listed weapon speed of the bow into consideration.

I noticed this at level 46 - when the 96 quality 4.5 speed, 12.9 DPS Molvik bow was significantly out-damaging (tested on dummy) an MP 16.5 DPS bow with 4.0 speed.

Damage is based on dex, toa bonuses, delve of the shot (spell). Speed of the bow should have no impact on damage.

Can you please look at the current formula for bow damage and confirm this find?
