Skald Song "Chant of the Siege" - the damage add song on Level 25 BS has a 6% Celerity Effect. It only pulses once and stops. Even if the songs isn't switched or stopped - I don't think this is intended. I'll check later versions of the chant when i get to them and reply here if it's the same issue there aswell.
