Bladed Gaurdian Gauntlets wrong bonus lvl

The bladed Guardian Gauntlets say required lvl 42 but say bonus lvl 49 the other pieces are all bonus lvl in the 30s( personally i think thats kind of low for this set, should all be between 40-44).

Hello, as the title said the "Bladed Guardian Gauntlets" (Hib) fails to affect you.
Required Player level 42. Im getting the Message as a level 45 Ranger.
