ROG item names don't match stats

Some of the generated item names dont match (Adroit, but no dex mod)
Alb cleric - dont remember where it dropped sorry! either in a BG, or in Mithra, grouped the whole time.
generated 8/21 most likely

Killed a player in the 10-14 BGs. Random loot dropped.
Says Venomous, but does not have any +skill to Envenom

Was getting lots of Venemous Rogs w/o envenom on them. Actually haven't seen one +Envenom or +stealth item yet.

I just got an item without stat that name suggests, from Tomb Raider in Salisbury Plaines. Says bladeblocker but no slash resist
