i can t do the quest for unlock the merchant in poc, just because i don t see the quest giver ( cf screen )
some précisions:
i play with a custom ui
i tried with custom ui, with base ui, in different resolutions, on diff char....
so any idea?

Cannot reproduce, likely dirty client. Repatch or reinstall.
