Damage Adds not stacking correctly

Damage Adds of different Magic types (Heat or Matter for instance) should stack.


Currently the following occurs:

1. When using a Heat based Dmg Add Charge while already buffed with a casted Matter based Dmg Add, it overwrites the previous buff, rather than stack.
(the casted Dmg Add is lower delve, 10.0 vs 11.2, but this shouldn't matter when the Magic type is different (Heat vs Matter))

2. When having a Heat based Dmg Add already active, a casted Matter based Dmg Add will get resisted, saying user already has this effect.
(different delves here too, see above)

3. When having a Heat based Dmg Add already active, proccing a 30s Matter Dmg Add from weapon seems to be working correctly as shown on the buff status (both buffs show as active (not marked red)). However, only one of the two Dmg Adds actually does damage to the target. They should both do damage and have seperate damage logs.

Looks like it's only chants and buffs that should stack and the Magic type is not the deciding factor. Ignore thread.

(except maybe charge overwriting casted buffs, it would be nice if it would just cancel it out for the duration rather than replacing it outright)
