Realm Points

Hi,

I dont appear to have been rewarded all possible realm points on my character.

I am RR4L2 on my Minstrel Scqq and I beleive I should have access to 32 points and unless I am making a mistake I only have access to 29.

3L9 is the current cap. you can gain more but wont be able to spend more or gain the +skill from RR up. january 10th it goes up to 4L9 for another month and on feb 10th it increases by 100k each week
