Cure Nearsight Patch Accuracy

Hi Eden team. Not sure if this is intended to be a custom change, as I know Cure Nearsight is a very crucial and polarizing ability. But Wardens, Shamans, and Friars were NOT given the "slow" 6.0 sec NS Cure until 1.114b: https://darkageofcamelot.com/article/11 ... ve-servers

Edit - forgot to add Bard as well. Same patch for their slow cure.

Again, just reporting because I saw one of the mods say to look at 1.99 char plan and report non-patch accurate changes.
