Legendary Grandmaster Artisan

Hi there !

i'm wondering where i could find an accurate answer to those questions :

What should i do to get the Legendary Grandmaster Artisan title ? (i'm Legendary in all crafts without Siegecrafting)
Is there any way to choose my craft title with the /title command without talking to a PNJ ?

I have the same problem. All jobs maxed but i dont have the title
