Catterick Hamlet in Albion has the full outfit of Master guardsmen who protect the relic town.
Dinas Emrys, the other relic town, has only one guard, an orange con Bowman. Please also equip it with Master guards.

When casting area buffs (Archangels Allotment, Benefit of the Archangel, Acuity of the Congregation) they only get applied when the recipients are in Line of Sight (LoS) of the caster. Belt of the Protector (Albion Dartmoor drop) has the Acuity stat twice. According to Allakhazam the 17 Acuity is the wrong one.

Since all other items in the epic quest chain loot have 6-7 stats I daresay the sleeves are missing something.
